This was supposed to he a surprise for my husband for Christmas..the Darth Vader sabor, hes been asking for years. So because of Covid they apparently couldn't get a piece to make it. They pushed my order off, 5 times..8-10 weeks at a time . I was patient to wait, but this is beyond ridiculous. They offered other sabors, but I wanted that one. So I asked for a refund, they had the nerve to say they would be taking 20%, come on people, is this fair?!! They NEVER answer the calls, the emails were scarce. I would LOVE to have a owner contact me. This company to me is a Scam. Awful service and communication
If you read this think twice about ordering,, they will take your money and not supply the product. This is an actual customer, well not anymore and I will be telling everyone NOT to bother.

Buyer beware. Terrible company. Takes your money and never sends what you ordered. Won't answer emails. Calls or message. Go to another company if you can not worth it.

One of the saber addons I selected delayed my order as it was not available at the time. I attempted to communicate with the company, but the response they claim they sent me never arrived so I sat in the dark for nearly a month. I could deal with this, however their response to the entire situation is what left me befuddled and annoyed. They refused my request to refund the addon which they could not provide (overcharging me) and would not expedite the shipping due to the delay. You would think those to be obvious resolutions to a customer issue. All in all, the saber is pretty cool, but the service provided was worse than most Etsy shops. Buyer beware.
I would definitely shop here again, they gave me a warning it would come in 2-5 weeks, and it came in 4 days! Saber is great, durable, and sturdy, overall very pleased. The only thing is, I bought a less expensive one, so I don't know if the more expensive ones are scams, I doubt it though.

Where to even begin. I purchased a saber for my son for a late Christmas present. After playing with it for close to 40 minutes, we noticed it started to turn red (the saber color is sentinel yellow) then no more than 2 minutes later it would be completely red. After changing the batteries, they would go back to the sentinel yellow only to once again change back to red 15-20 minutes later. Each time turning red at a faster rate. I contacted customer service on December 28th about my problem which is the same day it arrived. I first received a response from a customer service rep named Matthew. He responded at first simply stating that maybe the batteries weren’t put in correctly or maybe we weren’t using the right batteries. My husband is an electrical engineer, I'm pretty sure he knows how to put batteries in a battery pack. After about 3 emails of him stating that he stopped responding. I emailed him a week later and still no response. I figured they may be recovering from all the Christmas purchases so I gave it one more week.Then I messaged them on facebook stating my problem and received a response from someone named Will that I would be contacted by customer service on January 21st. I received nothing, no emails, no more messages. So 5 days later I messaged again and this went back and forth a decent amount of times before I got an email on February 1st. This time someone named Nichole sent me one email telling me I need to make sure i’m using the right batteries. I responded stating we knew which kind to use and not to my surprise they never responded again. I gave it another two weeks till I became extremely annoyed. So I messaged Will on facebook and again he assured me to let him know the name of the customer service reps and they will get back to me. That was on February 27th. I let him know and 3 days later he messages me saying they will get back to me. Now here we are 5 days later and still nothing. This is a terrible company and I should have listened to others when they told me to stay away. All I wanted was a partial refund to make up for the fact that the item isn’t working as intended and it’s now March and I’m exactly in the same place I started. I’ve been trying since DECEMBER and it’s now MARCH. There is even a FB group filled with people who have had bad experiences with Ultra Sabers. Really stay away. I would consider Electrum Sabercrafts or Saberforge as a lot of friends I have gone to Comic Con with have had nothing but good things to say.
Ordered a grab bag saver and got so much more than I expected. It was exactly what I wanted. The saber is easy to use and quite durable.
I ordered 3 sabers, 2 initiates and a dark sentinel V5 2 weeks ago. After ordering I read the reviews and to be honest was slightly worried about the company I had placed an order with... I didn’t need to be, as the Sabers I ordered (which had 3-4 weeks build time advertised) were dispatched in 6 days and it took 6 days for FedEx to deliver. 3 lovely sabers turned up today, excellently wrapped and all in perfect working order. I cannot wait to share the initiates with the younglings so we can duel.
The sabers took over a month to ship because the company neglected to inform me that two of the parts I ordered were out of stock, however once I fixed that issue they shipped from the states to Canada fairly quickly. But when they finally arrived two of the three were faulty, one of them wouldn't stay on and would flicker off while the other was glued together properly. And when I tried to email ultrasabers to send them back to get them fixed they it took them over two weeks to respond. However the lightsabers are beautiful so I'll give them that.
We got lightsabers for my daughter and her boyfriend. Both are high quality and the attention to detail is amazing! Customer Service was great about getting back to me very quickly when I had questions and they were delivered much faster than expected! I would buy from them again and I highly recommend them.
Don't buy from here. Customer service is terrible. Missing order since Jan 2020. Now Dec 2020 and had 2 replies out of about 40 emails chasing it. To date, nothing has been done. Absolutely shocking.
My experience:
I purchased 2 sabers and sent emails because I had questions about them. Waited 3 months with no response to any of my 4 emails. The order status on the webpage remained as "Processing" for the entire 3 months. Requested to cancel the order but they wouldn't respond so I had to reach out to my bank to get a refund. Still never received responses to any of my other messages 7 months later.
Advice to Buyers: Here's the thing about Ultrasabers, if you do manage to get a saber then awesome. Unfortunately, if there are problems with delivery or a part breaks, you're out of luck and they won't care one bit.
I ordered the Grandmaster hilt because my favorite character of all of Star Wars is Satele Shan. This hilt was beautiful and the amount of customization with the Diamond controller is spectacular. Whenever I show it off, people are shocked at how beautiful it is and ask me where I got it. Great hilt, fast shipping, and delivery!
I'm giving it 3 stars because I haven't seen ore used the saber yet i orders it about 8 weeks ago and it still says processing and and the saber I got wasn't even out of stock.
I have heard great things about them but the costumer service as well as the shipping speed is terrible but I am still super excited for the saber to come.
So I think If you are willing to wait for a long time and sent impatient like me then go ahead but if you can't wait I would find a different website

Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

On average about a month, mine took 2 weeks but I've seen people say theirs took 2 or 3 months

The only time I've ever had them reply was after threatening to dispute my credit card charge. And even then the email was basically one hundred words to say nothing at all. I sent 3 emails requesting the status of my order and when it would be shipping out. Those emails were spread over a 4-week period, then I disputed the charge. A week after that, I received a reply. This is what "Laura" said:
"Thank you for your order with Ultrasabers. I apologize for the delayed response. I looked up your order and it looks like they did not ship out with the 4 week lead time posted on the website. We experienced a much higher than expected volume of orders and fell slightly behind on the 4 week lead time on the website. I apologize for any inconvenience with these orders not shipping within the 4 week lead time. I will look into what is causing the delay in your orders, please feel free to email me again directly for an update. Our fabricators are working 24 hours a day, 7 days week to get all our orders shipped out as quickly as possible. We will email you the tracking number as soon as these orders ships out."
Notice how my very simple question was never answered. And also please note, despite repeatedly mentioning a "4 week lead time", this email came 7 weeks after I placed my order. And despite claiming to be looking into the cause of the delay, I never heard back from them again.

Took over a month to get mine and it wasn't the one i ordered. It was a suggested replacement that cost less.

I've received my ordes from them within their estimated window. Usually a 3-4 week wait time from when you place your order to when you receive it. At least that's been my experience, I live in NY and I would imagine the ETA would be similar for the other lower 47 states. Hawaii, Alaska and international orders may take longer.

I got an email from a representative telling me that due to covid they were having to push back delivery times. They offered to send me a different saber set that would get there sooner but I declined. Some deliveries I've heard can take up to 6 months.

Maybe a long time, maybe not long at all, they will keep saying that the saber is coming, and eventually, you will get a really high-quality saber,

Will not respond to emails. Call or message so frustrating. This was birthday gift for my sons 16th
